So, after last nights fun & games here's a bit from the WAW from the past 2 days....
The morning starts on the Killimer to Tarbert ferry, before a left turn as your get off the ferry down to Foynes, quick aviation history lesson there.....
From there it was a short hop down to Carrigafoyle Castle, I think this is in what, estate agents, call "Calling out for tasteful renovation"
After a walk round the castle, it was onwards south, to my second castle of the day, one for the golfers.....stopped here for a quick bite...
As I passed through Tralee, I began to wonder if I'd entered some sort of Irish Bermuda Triangle, I was driving down the side of a canal, then to my right a windmill, was I in Ireland still or am I in Amsterdam ???
Shortly after Tralee came the Rugby stop, together with the fun at the B&B, less said about that the better LOL....
Today's weather has been a bit disappointing, the weather forecast this morning all sounded good, but we have been hampered by clouds all day, been driving the Dingle Peninsula and the Connor Pass....
It's hard to tell how far you are up, but if you have 3 minutes to spare, watch this chaps you tube video....
I will leave you with a picture of my lunch from a wonderful little pub in the middle of know where, could you get more Irish than a Soup n a Sandwich with a bottle of Lucozade !
